Trip & Diagnostic Cost
24 Hour Emergency Service: (Sundays or between 11pm-6am): $159 trip and diagnostic*
Standard Trip & Diagnostic Fee: $79*
Residential After Hours/Weekend/Holiday Trip and Diagnostic Fee: $139*
Commercial After Hours/Weekend/Holiday Trip and Diagnostic Fee: $199*

All residential repairs carry a standard 1 year part and labor warranty. Commercial repairs include a 3 month (90 day) part and labor warranty. Return trips (callbacks) are free for the first 30 days after a repair or service is completed. No warranty is expressed or implied for existing equipment, i.e. an air conditioning condenser cleaning and capacitor replacement is performed and the furnace blower motor fails after 20 days. In this example, the return trip will be warrantied, however the blower motor repair/replacement is not. Most installs carry a 2 year labor warranty and standard manufacturer supplied 10 year parts warranty (Cooper & Hunter equipment 5 year parts, 7 year compressor warranty). Additional terms and restrictions may apply depending on equipment manufacturer.
