Continuing in 2026, we’re pleased to offer the Triple Point Service (TPS) agreement. Our agreement includes 2 full maintenance visits as well as 10% off any repairs with enrollment in the program. Discounts on IAQ (Indoor Air Quality) equipment, accessories and replacement services are also included with membership.
Additionally, if you need emergency service or would prefer a Saturday service call, there is NO UPCHARGE for after hours or weekend service. Other companies charge you an arm and a leg just to show up after hours or on the weekend. As much as $250 just to knock on the door!
Our simple, no hassle TPS Plans start at just $229 for one year membership with 2 visits per year (Fall Furnace Maintenance and Spring Air Conditioner Maintenance). Reduced pricing is available for multiple systems in your home or business. Of course, a combustion analysis is always performed for safety assurance on your gas furnace or boiler system. Cancel anytime without complicated monthly payments to sort out, fine print contracts to negotiate or special circumstances to meet.
