We were having trouble with our air conditioning and August was able to come to our home very quickly. He was prompt and professional. He found a small leak that had persisted for several years in our suction line and had not been found by any other HVAC professional throughout the years of having our AC maintained. Our motor was also not working properly and he worked with our warranty to have that part covered for us under warranty. Our AC unit is working better and more efficiently than it ever has! He was extremely thorough, honest, reasonably priced, and took his time to diagnose the problem. We highly recommend August for any of your HVAC needs.!

I called Triple Point Heating & Air a couple days ago to inquire about repairing my humidifier. Four hours later it was fixed! August came out, diagnosed the problem, explained what the issue was, picked up the replacement part at his supplier, returned and replaced it.
I asked him about my 22 year old furnace and A/C and he took time to explain what my replacement options will be when the time comes and the pros and cons of each. I will not hesitate to call him when the time comes.
August is friendly, professional, responsive and does quality work at fair prices. I highly recommend Triple Point!.

The Triple Point Service Agreement
Continuing in 2024, we're pleased to offer the Triple Point Service (TPS) agreement. Our agreement includes 2 full maintenance visits as well as 10% off any repairs with enrollment in the program. Discounts on IAQ (Indoor Air Quality) equipment, accessories and replacement services are also included with membership.
Additionally, if you need emergency service or would prefer a Saturday service call, there is NO UPCHARGE for after hours or Saturday service. Other companies charge you an arm and a leg just to show up after hours or on the weekend. As much as $250 just to knock on the door!
Our simple, no hassle TPS Plans start at just $209 for one year membership with 2 visits per year (Fall Furnace Maintenance and Spring Air Conditioner Maintenance). Reduced pricing is available for multiple systems in your home or business. Of course, a combustion analysis is always performed for safety assurance on your gas furnace or boiler system. Cancel anytime without complicated monthly payments to sort out, fine print contracts to negotiate or special circumstances to meet.
